When getting in touch with the ChartCapture Support Team, be sure to tell us the name of your company or clinic, your CaptureStation Number if applicable, and your name.

If you’re seeing any errors, be sure to take a picture or write them down so you can tell us exactly what errors you are seeing. The sooner we know your symptoms, the sooner we can solve them.
